Our Online Store is an online store specialized in mechanical, electronical devices and components. The webstore is provided by brdMaker Oy (Business ID: 2966129-1), a Finnish limited liability company having its registered address in Finland.
Using the website and placing an order on the website counts as explicit acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at all times through our website.
Users may browse and place orders of products available on our website.  We accept orders from Finland and other EU countries in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may also place orders outside of the European Union with specific conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers by BrdMaker as online retailer, to you as Customer.  Consumers are also entitled to all rights provided by applicable legislation protecting consumers in Finland and European Union. In the event of conflicting conditions, consumer can always invoke the applicable condition that is most favorable to them.
BrdMaker reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms are published on our website. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.

Customers, liabilities and personal data

You need to be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you’re not 18 yet, we’d like to ask you to have your parents or a legal guardian place the order. If we notice that an order has been placed by a minor, we can refuse this order.
We guarantee that our goods are in accordance with your order and meet the normal expectations that you may have, taking into account the specifications of the product. The products sold on our website should be used only for the specific purpose they are intended for. We also guarantee that our goods comply with all laws existing at the time of your order.
We kindly ask you to note that BrdMaker cannot take any responsibility for any misuse or misassembling of the ordered products. By ordering the product you must warrant that you are familiar with the intended use of the product and hold necessary know-how to assemble and use the product as intended.

To purchase a product, you must provide us with your contact information and invoice data. Consumers must provide their name, address, email address and phone number at minimum.
Customer data is stored to BrdMaker’s customer register.  Personal data is used only for the purposes required to fulfil the order. The price

The prices of products sold are available in our website The prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs of your order are calculated automatically during the order process, and you can verify them before accepting the order.
You can verity and must accept the total costs of the order on the summary page.
All prices displayed on the site are exclusive of the VAT (VAT 0%). Applicable VAT is added to all prices displayed on the webstore.
BrdMaker reserves the right to update prices and delivery costs from time to time. Accurate prices are shown on the website.

Placing an order, payment and terms of delivery

To purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart and fill out your contact and invoice information. Then choose your delivery method. In the last step you see an overview page, you accept our Terms and Conditions and you confirm payment by using one of the payment methods available. Once you’ve gone through these steps, your purchase is final.
Your order will be complete and the agreement between us will be definitive as soon as we’ve reviewed the order, received approval from the payment issuer for your transaction, and send you order confirmation via email. Kindly note that order confirmation may take up to 72 hours.
The order must be paid completely in advance. Currently, we only accept payments with Paypal in euros. If the payment issuer does not approve your payment to us, your order might be cancelled or delivered later. Orders without a valid payment can’t be accepted or processed. The beneficiary of the payment in invoice is brdMaker Oy.
Transaction information is protected by a safe SSL connection.
We only deliver to countries listed on the order page. If you select a shipping address in a non-supported country, we can refuse your order. Currently available delivery methods and related services are available on our website.
We kindly ask you to make sure your shipping address is accurate and valid. We do not accept orders to P.O. box addresses.
Orders are shipped from the premises of our storage partner by DHL Express WorldWide transport. You are able to follow the shipment using unique tracking code.
In case you would like to order any product out of stock, we kindly ask you to make the order as usual and additionally contact our customer service for detailed information regarding the estimated delivery time.
Delivery time is normally between 1 to 5 business days but it may vary because of product availability or shipping destination.
In case of force majeure, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. As soon as the situation has passed, we will fulfill our promises. If that takes too long, you may cancel your purchase. If you paid in advance, your payment will be refunded within five days. We do not cover any other costs or damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure includes any situation outside of our will and control which prevents us from fulfilling the order or other obligations towards you. This includes fire, malfunctions, strike, power failures, network failures in, for instance, telecommunication networks, or used systems of communication, or the unavailability of our website at any time, non-timely delivery by suppliers or other third parties.

Return policy, complains and disputes

We handle all complaints on a case by case basis. We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible when you have a complaint, and describe your problem as clearly as possible via email to This way, we can help you in the best way possible.
Right of withdrawal
If you have made an order as a consumer, you have the right to return the order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at We will then instruct you on the return of the product. You must return the product or send sufficient proof of sending the product back to us within 14 days from receiving the order. When we have received your return, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except the costs of delivery and return, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day the return was received. We kindly ask you to note that if you return the product, we do not refund you any transportation or shipping costs related to the original delivery or the return.
You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handing of other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal is not applied to products that are custom built or otherwise specifically made for the order.
Missing or defective products
You must inspect the products without undue delay. If you find a product missing or defect or it is not what you ordered, you must notify us within 14 days from the delivery. If the packaging is broken, we advise to write complain also to the shipping company.
You must return the defective product to the address indicated by our customers support. We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period if the product may be refunded or replaced (as appropriate). The refunding or replacement of the article takes place as soon as possible, and in all cases within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is going ahead.
BrdMaker’s right of refusal
From time to time fulfilling and order may become impossible for various reasons.  Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the website.
Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from our website for removing or modifying any material or content from the website, or not processing an order once we have sent the order confirmation.
In such unfortunate events, we will notify the customer via email and refund any payments within 14 days.
